Be a part of PVCE Innovation's interactive workshop and share your thoughts and insights on how to design an AI tutor that effectively supports student learning. Together, we'll explore what makes an impactful AI learning tool, discuss the challenges, risks, and opportunities, and collaborate on designing a tutor that meets the needs of our diverse student community.
You’ll have the chance to experiment with an early prototype and contribute to discussions on the potential of AI tutors, which could range from providing personalised learning support, offering 24/7 assistance with coursework, adapting to individual learning styles, or helping students develop essential skills. We’ll explore what an AI tutor should and shouldn’t be and how it can be used to complement the human element of teaching.
We’re looking for a variety of perspectives—academics, professional staff, and students—to ensure a well-rounded and considered approach to this innovative technology. Join us in shaping the future of AI in education!
Three sessions are available. Lunch will be provided for the in-person workshops.
