Framework for SoTL support at UNSW
The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) plays a key role in advancing educational excellence at UNSW. To support staff interested in educational research and scholarship, including the development of evidence-based pedagogies and assessments, a framework of SOTL support has been developed. This framework aims to support the capacity building of SOTL skills and expertise.
The framework comprises four parts: professional development, leadership, networking and communication/dissemination. A number of initiatives aligning with each of these areas, are offered to staff wanting to develop their knowledge, skills, and leadership in SOTL. See below for further details:
